NAIA is a multidisciplinary interior design atelier shaping residential, hospitality, and commercial environments through spatial clarity, material integrity, and measured execution. With a studio in South Africa and an extended presence in Paris, we provide access to select international design collections and materials, curated with precision.
We deliver full service interior design, interior architecture, architectural coordination, and structured project management across ground up builds, medium to large scale renovations, hospitality projects, and detail driven interiors. In close collaboration with architects, contractors, and specialist artisans, we ensure coherence from concept through completion.
Design and execution are inseparable. Each stage is directed with clarity and oversight, preserving the integrity of the concept throughout the build. The result is spaces defined by proportion, material depth, and enduring value.

The Founder and Design Director of NAIA, Kamo Mafokwane leads the studio’s direction across residential and hospitality projects. With formal qualifications in fashion and interior design from Europe, her work is grounded in spatial clarity, material integrity, and disciplined resolution.
She established NAIA to bring interior architecture, refined design, and structured project delivery into a single considered practice. Today, she oversees each project from concept through completion, ensuring coherence between vision and execution.
